Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Typing 365 PRO.

1. Overview

Typing 365 is free to download and use. This Refund Policy applies only to paid Typing 365 PRO plans — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime. By purchasing a PRO plan, you agree to the terms set out below. Typing 365 PRO is launching in July 2026; this policy will apply to all purchases from that date.

2. Purchases Through App Stores

If you purchase Typing 365 PRO through the Microsoft Store or any other third-party platform, refunds are governed by that platform's refund policy and must be requested directly through them. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases processed by a third-party store.

  • Microsoft Store purchases are subject to Microsoft's refund terms.
  • Refund timelines and eligibility are determined by the platform.
  • Keep your order confirmation, as it may be required to request a refund.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For purchases made directly through Typing 365, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PRO, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase, provided the request is made in good faith.

4. Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. The following applies to subscription plans:

  • Cancelling stops future renewals; your PRO access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Outside the 14-day window, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
  • Renewal charges are not refundable once a new billing period has started, except where required by law.

5. Lifetime Purchases

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, as you retain permanent access to PRO and all future PRO updates.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be declined in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has passed.
  • Violations of our Terms of Conditions (e.g., abuse, fraud, or cheating).
  • Purchases made through a third-party store, which must be handled by that store.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a purchase made directly through Typing 365, email us with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
